1. Meet
Start with an exploratory conversation about your current situation and vision for the new product.
Discuss Current Situation
Share your current situation, expectations, and desires.
Specify Your Wishes
It’s important to have a precise understanding of your expectations. Look at inspiring websites and specify core values that should be emphasized. Clearly define your target audience and the primary purpose of your website.
2. Proposal
Presenting a detailed proposal that outlines the appearance and functionality of the product.
Overview
Based on your expectations, you will receive a proposal that gives you an overview of the product’s design and functionality.
Quotation
The proposal will include a quotation that outlines the associated costs.
3. Design
Bring the product to life through thoughtful design.
Layout and Structure
After proposal approval, a ‘flat’ version of your website will be created—a purely visual representation without functionalities. It can be a single page or multiple pages (as agreed in the proposal, additional pages can be requested).
Look and Feel
The design will embody the desired look and feel, with design trends consistent across all pages. Following the design phase, an evaluation will be conducted to make necessary adjustments.
4. Build
Actualize the product through construction.
Building the Product
Upon design approval, the website construction will commence, incorporating the planned functionalities.
Timeframe
The timeframe depends on the scope of work. For a standard website with 5 to 10 pages and basic functionalities, the process typically takes a few weeks. Larger or more complex websites, such as e-commerce platforms with numerous products and advanced features, require more time.
5. Evaluation
Your product is nearly complete. An evaluation will be conducted to accommodate changes and adaptations.
Completion
Your product is almost complete. All that remains is an evaluation in which it is possible to change and adapt things.
Adjustments
While the aim is to get everything right the first time, unexpected variations may arise. Flexibility is provided for adjustments, such as element placement, minor functional tweaks, or design refinements.
6. Completion
The final phase of the process—completion.
